Faridabad Farmhouse

A Farmhouse with a farm, located in NCR, sounds unreasonable. Yes, it offered more farming space than a resort-style Villa with a pool. Excitement grew in-house and we started work with full gusto, but then Covid struck. We had taken advances, labour was at Site and we were at our wits end. Thankfully we saw the potential in its isolation from regular homes. We offered the labour crew the option to stay on site under absolute lockdown conditions, with full security measures restricting entry, exit, or movement, while we supplied them with groceries and other necessities. Two of my teammates and I worked round the clock from home to complete this project. It involved creating 2D drawings, detailed working drawings, obtaining client approvals, sharing them with the site in-charge, and then execution. We experienced emotional and cognitive contentment, which fostered a strong work culture against all odds. This demonstrates how positively a workforce delivered job satisfaction, resulting in lower turnover for us and compensating the site with great wages and no casualties.
