Lagoon Apartment

On the first site visit, I saw the potential immediately. It required Refurbishing all the way. This involved functionally repairing structural wear, polishing old floors, installing new large windows without grills, new AC ducting and piping, and repairing or replacing obsolete fittings and fixtures, including upgrading bathrooms and the modular kitchen with new light fixtures, plumbing and ceramics. It only needed a magical wand hereafter to create the aesthetic finishing touches. It was just a closed-off space needing to be opened up.
